We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with great care. The hotel itself was immaculate, with daily cleaning service that kept our room spotless. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast buffet that was served to us each morning. The location was perfect, situated at the foot of the nearby mountains, providing a breathtaking view. The amenities in the room, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and mini-bar, were top-notch. We truly felt pampered during our stay.

The Olimpus in Sora is exceptional! The staff, rooms, service, and restaurant are all fantastic. Massimo and his wife provide exceptional hospitality, and the staff is amazing. The restaurant offers 5-star quality food and wine, and Gianna, our server, was great. The bed was comfortable, and the shower facilities were clean and easy to use. Complimentary slippers and shower caps were a thoughtful bonus.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the coffee tasted great. there were stunning views of the surrounding mountains visible from the hotel grounds. the hotel was located close to the highway making it easily accessible for those traveling by car.

My New Year's stay was ruined by the excessive noise level coming from an event at the hotel. The loud music continued until the early hours of the morning making it impossible to sleep, and the soundproofing between rooms was inadequate.

The hotel was impeccably clean and the food was amazing. We made friends with the staff and felt truly welcomed. The shower was fantastic and the breakfast had great lactose-free and pork-free options. The person at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us plan our travel. We will definitely be coming back based on our fantastic experience.

We were warmly welcomed and received excellent customer service throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with daily room cleaning. The location was convenient for attending a nearby wedding.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The rooms felt a bit dark and lacked a kettle.

We had a minor issue with the plumbing in our shower, but the staff at Olimpus in Sora were quick to respond and tried to fix it right away. When they couldn't resolve the issue immediately, they promptly gave us another room. The cleaning staff was also friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We appreciated the hotel's efforts to make our stay comfortable and would definitely recommend it.
